Harman Kardon Signature 2.1 amp and a B&K Reference 30 pre amp (1 Viewer)

Is there a way to get my B&K Reference 30 preamp to start my Harman Kardon Signature 2.1 AMP when the pre amp starts? I know there is an input from the Amp but not sure what to do with the preamp. Any help is really appreciated.

The B&K has 4 12V trigger ports. They are at the bottom, near where the power cord goes. They are marked "Control Out" 1,2,3,4. They take a simple mono headphone plug. Its a simply 12v Pos/Neg trigger.
