Congratulations Mike!
I'm a fellow Dish Network / WEGA guy (Although I don't have the XBR400). Let us know your opinions once you've got everything up, running and calibrated.
I would recommend hooking up your receiver via S-Video, you will see a huge improvement over composite or RG6 (unless of course you have the Dish 6000 setup and you're running component vid).
