i've been looking to purchase the denon 3802. i've been informed NOT to buy it from a lot of the little places online as they are not authorized by denon and thus the warranty does not hold. goodguys.com however, is an authorized dealer. no sales tax right now, + 10% off the total price. end result: $900 out the door from an authorized merchant... sounds good to me.
