How goes the release of the Barry Newman classic "Vanishing Point"? Soon please, I not sure I can wait any longer. My very expensive 20 year old VHS copy is in threads. Anamorphic widescrren please. Also, do you own the TV remake? That would be a great extra on that disc, one I would be willing to pay dearly for. Unrelated, Any idea on another widescreen DVD realse of the first two Alien movies? Those box sets are awful expensive these days if you can find one and I only realy want 1 and 2 anyway.

If we've got Fox's attention, wouldn't it be great if they came out with others too, such as:

ZORBA THE GREEK (1964)
THE WEDDING BANQUET (1993)
THE FLIM-FLAM MAN (1967) - I'm told Fox owns it, now.
WHO IS HARRY KELLERMAN (1971)

FYI, Vanishing Point was released in R2 a year ago (anamorphic WS, no extras except trailer).

God I want this movie, Saw it in the theater as a double feature with Dirty Mary, Crazy Larry back in '74, or '75. (showing my age) I'll take it Anamorphic, stripped. I really can't see Fox doing a special edition. but I CAN hope .
