I just got the blu ray of For Whom the bell Tolls. The regular dvd has a trailer and the roadshow version of the film I,E, with a prescreen Overture, an Intermission Slug and Intermission music. All of this is missing from the blu ray. Why?

I believe Kino will be releasing a US. restored version. The available Universal disc does not have the Roadshow version.
