DIY a Screen ? (1 Viewer)

Hi All
I have just recieved my X1 and have been happily surprised that it looks good just using my biege wall as the screen.
But iam wondering if there is some simple way to DIY my own screen using fabric or painting a 4x8 sheet of drywall?
If some of you have had success with doing your own screen I would be interested in hearing your methods.

There are a few DIY screens in the DIY section here. Also over at AVS, they have a dedicated DIY screen section with different materials (fabric, Parkland plastic, formica, mirror, etc) and paints.

Kent, I also have the X1 and I made my screen out of 1X3 pine frame, and Blackout Cloth. I am very happy with it, this is my first screen and projector. You should definitely check out the DIY section under "Screens" at Avsforum.com.
