Peckinpah produced and supervised the complete show and directed the pilot (made in 1959) and 5 of the 13 episodes. The episodes Jeff and The Hand on the Gun are exceptional.
Pat Garrett is a masterpiece for me in all 3 versions. I prefer the Seydor cut over the longer Turner version, which probably seems to be a workprint and has some flaws. At least more than the Seydor cut.

WILD BUNCH and RIDE THE HIGH are aces with me.

I actually enjoy hunks of OSTERMAN (mainly because Craig T Nelson does what I call action-comedy acting better than most), but I don't think there is a decent version of it available to view.

KILLER ELITE is my serious guilty pleasure from SP, I can't even tell you why I like it, just that I do.

Saw the butchered version of DUNDEE once and really liked it ... then when it got restored, I rented it and couldn't get into it. Have tried twice, not sure why it just doesn't play for me now.

Oh and I love those WESTERNER eps with John Dehner coveting The Dog. I love Dehner in damned near everything, from CREATOR to the RIGHT STUFF, too.
