I have a LG 47ls600 I would like to hook up to a sony STR-d515 It only has a optical digital outlet for sound is there a way to convert digital to Dolby pro logic with analog hook ups

Nope.
The best you get is 2.0 PCM.
Digital to analog adapters can be found on Amazon for under $20.

Your AVR can't handle Dolby Digital anyway.
