Denon 3803 versus denon 3802 (1 Viewer)

Does any one know the differences between the denon 3803 and 3802?which is closer to the denon 1082?

The 1082 and the 3802 are exactly the same receiver. The 3803 is the newest model.

Nice to meet some one local...ive been to the little guys many time..they wont budge on price.i got abt electronics to sell me the denon 1803 discounted,but it took a lot of work.i love the 1803,but i want more power.thats why im considering the other two receivers.i dont know if i will be able to afford the 3803..thanks for the help..im waiting for my energy c9 to show up,before i make a final decesion.

I did see the press release.the problem is that it is rated at the same power as my 1803.i really want at least 100watts a channel.
