On what basis do you make that claim? Sorry, but so far not one title released by Warner in the last year has had any of those issues except for Eight Is Enough which suffers from re-edits made long ago for rather obvious reasons.

I can see music altered as a possibilty but its Paramount who's famous for altering music Warners doesn't have a history of this. Syndicated prints would be extremely unlikely. They are probably referring to clearance issues with the estate of Freddie Prinze.
