Blury/Pixley Direct TV on Hitachi 51S500 (1 Viewer)

Hi everyone,

When I'm watching shows on like TLC or something, I get a lot of pixilation or just blur. Is it b/c the sattelite connection isn't feeding my TV a signal it can do too much with, or is there a setting i'm missing.

I can't afford a HDTV box right now or a calibration. I've done Avia and it helped a little.

Words are blury and very rough around the edges. please help!

It's directv not your Hitachi....Some channels are very compressed. I get that when ever there's dark/black backgrounds in a scene. If you bring down the sharpness and contrast that will help also.
