Best DVD in $100-300 and $300-600 to compliment Toshiba TV (1 Viewer)

What would be the best DVD player for the price ranges of $100-300 and $300-600 to compliment a Toshiba 50HDX70 television?

The best deal today is the Pioneer DV-45A DVD player with true 2:3 pulldown progressive playback. The progressive playback of DVD movies is outstanding, however the player will output in 1080i format as well. The best part is that the player can handle both SACD and DVD-Audio music formats. Your receiver will be required to handle the six channel SACD and/or DVD-audio music analog connections whereas the Dolby Digital 5.1 and DTS-ES output can be connected via standard coaxial and/or optical outputs. The ability of being able to listen to either SACD and DVD-Audio multi-channel music is out of this world compared to playback of CD music. A real bargain for $390.

So many good DVD players to choose from. I see no reason to spend more than 200 bucks, rp-82, sd-4800 to name a couple. I have spent over 1K in the past, recently bought a Toshiba SD-4800 and it still amazes me at how good it is for any price much less under 200 dollars. . .
