Raging Bull: Special Edition should be out early next year.

Wings of Desire is out on region 2 now from Anchor Bay. Not sure if there's an American NTSC region 0 edition from Anchor.

I'm haven't heard anything on the other films you listed.

Now which one of these titles doesn't fit in:D
The only other title that I heard rumors of as a possible release in 2003 (besides the 2 that Gordon mentioned) is Schindler's List, but it wasn't anything definite.

Schindler's List should be released in 2003 as a Collector's Edition.
2003 also marks the 10th Anniversary of this movie and I think Spielberg will use this to get this movie out on dvd.

Swing Time and Top Hat will be on DVD next year in fully restored editions from WB.

Greed may arrive on DVD if the sales of the Charlie Chaplin SEs do well. If the Chaplin DVDs do well, I think it's safe to assume that WB will release the MGM/WB silents they hold.

For now, Greed appears on Turner Classic Movies from time to time. Their print is the reconstructed 4-hour version, which is excellent.

Fargo: Special Edition
I could've sworn there was an SE release of Fargo on VHS (this was in the days before DVD). It included an interview with the Coens, trailer and deleted scenes, among other features; it also came with a rather creative (if grisly) snowglobe displaying the woodchipper scene. So there is bonus material out there, and I'd love to see it make the transistion to DVD, since I missed out on the SE VHS.
