Gosh, a complete new cut of Cleopatra would be fascinating to say the least.

A new cut can’t happen unless someone starts deleting scenes . From all indications there is nothing available to add to the film. Everything was trashed many years ago.

Or, as I posited upthread, someone does an Ambersons-style animated recreation of the missing scenes using the available archival documentation.
