Just watched Wild River. What a fascinating and at times moving picture. Great cast. Wonderful PQ and AQ.

Not great PQ to my mind. Disappointing. Far too blue. Just like King and I but and great very under rated film.

Wild River is on TCM right now and looks fantastic!

Too bad the sound is mono, should be 4.0 stereo, same as Home From The Hill also released in 1960.

It looks like 4.0 stereo isn't available for this film as its Blu-ray releases doesn't have it in 4.0 stereo.
