2 quick questions about mits setup (1 Viewer)

1. Anyone here in socal reccomend a particular person with isf cert? I don't have any idea how much it would cost to have someone set up my set.

2. For those that know the Goodguys. I bought my mits at goodguys should I keep the 5 year extened warrenty. Or is it a complete waste of money?

1. Get in touch with Gregg Loewen. He's based in Maine, but travels all over the country calibrating TVs. He'll be able to let you know when he next plans to be in your area.

2. Store-bought extended warrantys tend to be a waste of money, but I don't know enough about the reliability of these new TVs to say for sure. But the store wouldn't sell it if it didn't make money for them!

A lot of electronic items will break within the warranty period if they're going to break at all. If they outlast it, then they're probably not defective.
