I am a Cox Cable subscriber and what I would like is an all in one DVR / DVD Recorder / Cable Box. Do they have such a thing or would I have to ditch the Cox DVR and go TiVo?

The T773 does have two sub mono outputs. I plugged it in to each one and get no sound out of the sub. The only time I got any sound out of the sub was when I hooked speaker wires from the 773 directly to the speaker connections on the sub. I will check again on the setup screen for one sub setup.

I am trying to hook up a NEC powered Subwoofer to a NAD T773. Cannot get it to work right. The Sub has a mono rca plug in and out plus it as L/R speaker connections. The 773 has speakers connected to the L/R Front, Center and Surround L/R. All these connections are on the A speakers. Thanks...

Get a cheap volt/ohm meter (10 bucks or so) if you don't already have one. Tape one end of the speaker wires to a 9 volt battery and test the other ends with the meter. Mark them as positive and negatine.

I have a Motorola 6412 DVR (COX Cable) and had it set to record an hour long program. During playback it skips over from 2:35 all the way up to 25:07. The playback bar is green showing that it recorded the show but I can't see those 20+ minutes. Has anyone had this issue? Thanks.

Today I just bought a new 12" VELODYNE DLS-4000 Subwoofer for $316 shipped. I couldn't resist the deal and needed a new sw so I made the purchase. It was listed at $349 but I went in with another guy who bought 2 so the online dealer agrred to drop the price. Hopefully I won't be disappointed.
