Just wanted to get some opinions on a new DVD player. This will be paired up with a HK AVR 230 or Denon lower end unit, on a 46" Mitsu. I am upgrading from a (cringe) PS2 that I have used for DVD's for the last 3 years. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

I was not thread crapping. I simply told him what I could get it for somewhere else, and if he was willing to come off of the price any. Last time I checked it was ok to try and negotiate with someone on the price of an item for sale.

I ended up going with the RF-15's. I got a demo set from a local B&M here in Indy. $200 off the pair with full 5yr parts&labor warranty just as if they were new. Hopefully I'll be happy with them, only time will tell.

When ran off of a H/K 230 in a fairly open area which floor standing units are going to give me the best performance? They will be on carpet, and mainly used for tv/movies (80% of the time) and music listening for the remainder. Any and input or suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
