Why does Costco sell multiple DVD packs? (1 Viewer)

My wife flipped when she saw The Father of the Bride / Father of the Bride 2 two pack in Costco.

Wow! I'll have to go look for that! My wife would flip, too! But I've never noticed it before. How long ago was this, may I ask?

I only reluctantly purchase DVD's at the Costco near me, mostly because when they have a choice they carry the P&S version and not both. I hate that.

Not only that but they very seldom have any title on the release day and Future Shop usually has it for a $1-2 cheaper.

And they didn't carry the Buffy season 1 box set.

Actually, the producer of the Speed 5-Star Edition (Charlie is his first name, and I won't attempt to spell his last name, but he's also working on the discs for Blade Runner SE, Legend, and Black Hawk Down) has posted a note that the new discs for Speed are "done".

David, you're right. This info is confirmed on the digital bits. I got my facts confused.
