with the maturity of panel manufacturing technique, it's time for a Japanese marque to jump into the "100inch pool"!!!

oooh yeeaah~~~SHARP's first 100inch TV!
it's just... currently limited to mainland China market though. but hey... it doesn't mean that the trend won't spread globally, should there be a demand and trust on specific marques? right?

more pictures in this link that gives a rough introduction of what this model packs in features...

a look into the specs,
the absence of SHARP's image processing "engine", and not yet "clear" identity of backlight type, suggest that this 100inch product is highly possible a rebadge/OEM base on other maker product.

SHARP is not new breaking the 100" barrier. should u have rough idea, SHARP made a 8K 120" display that only supplies to business sector. and it is still selling in small limited numbers, due to slow demand over their exorbitant price.

however, when u look hard into the aesthetic design, it's not hard to notice "design language" that resonates to HiSense.

first ultra budget friendly 100incher from CES2024 confirmed for U.S. market.

the price will be very competitively low if compared SKYWORTH's product bearing different marques in different region market... as this model comes without miniLED backlight, and multichannel audio system.

while the Chinese 100" had invaded homes in other parts of the world, Japan seems to be spared from the gigantic trend invasion?

nope... it's just that the only model available to Japan Domestic market doesn't slapped with "Chinese Badge" but rather...

...with the name that they're familiar with, TOSHIBA REGZA.
built of course, not by Japanese hands, as the Japanese TV brand is now owned by HiSense.
