I've seen some cheap listings of the 11-disc Art of Buster Keaton box set from China. One listing I've seen has a Kino logo and some Chinese writing while another has cover art like the Warner/MK2 Chaplin titles and is from a company called Bo Ying. I won't buy bootlegs, are these legit?

If you have to ask if they're bootlegs, that usually gives you the answer right there.

I saw a bunch of the single disc Keatons starting at $0.01. Definitely bootlegs.

Go ahead and splurge and get Kino's new slim case version of this boxset, it is worth the cash.

Wow, I didn't know it had been re-released in a slimcase version! What would be really cool is if they reprinted the excellent liner notes from the laserdisc box sets and included them...there weren't any liner notes whatsoever included in the first DVD box set.

Id it only available through Kino's store? I mailed DVD Pacific and they've got the keepcase version.
