Coax output from the popular Maudio Audiophile card. There are many cards that offer digital output-- although "optical" is less common. Echo audio have several cards with optical output (because they're designed for adat optical lightpipe)-- but I've never tried to see if they'll pass DD/DTS...

Theatertek does not currently do trailer before the feature, but it is certainly on the "to be added" features list. Technically there are a few ways to cheat this and do it anyway- but it's a little complex. Bottom line is this is a pretty widely requested feature of TT, and I would imagine...
Right now, I don't think that there is. However- I know this is a feature that has been discussed on the TT forum, so you're not alone.
