I hate to be the bearer of bad news, but the Marantz 8200 has the digital signal dropout problems! I have my Sony DVD (DVP-S530P) and Playstation 2 hooked up via optical cable and it takes about 1 to 2 seconds to lock into the signal. It isn't too bad with CDs, but terrible with DVDs. I lose...
