Too funny. Lets say just for argument's sake that you were recording TV shows when this show originally aired in 1975. You had some money and you figured that this was a show you would want to save for posterity and maybe thought would never air again. Available to you was Betamax one hour tape...

This sounds like the most logical conclusion.

The show was produced on 2-inch tape so there's nothing to remaster, just a transfer from the videotape.
