They must have sold more than one, please feel free to go into your receivers main menu section and under surround portion see if you have 2ch decoding and 2ch mode as your first two surround parameters. Thanks.

Please pull up your surround screen and look and see what you have displayed as the first two parameters. Also what audio format you have the receiver set to at that time. Your reply sincerely appreciated.
