Well, well, well! The Predict-O-Matic™ is at a pretty solid 10 out of 13 correct! And the games it did miss were pretty close. It's leaning slightly towards Tampa tonight... sorry, St Louis fans.
It just picks the winner on the field. I am in a "survivor" pool here at work where you have to pick a team that will win each week, but you can't pick the same team twice. If your team loses, you're out.

I'm working on adding to the formula to take into consideration if a team has been on a losing streak, playing at home, and how tough their past opponents have been (which can skew their ranking).
I was bored here at work and made a spreadsheet that looks at each team's offensive and defensive ranking and weighs them against their opponent's offensive and defensive ranking. It calculates who is better suited to win. I'd thought I'd post the results here just for fun to see how...
