Charlie, Is there a quick explanation for the IR equipment? I thought this might have to do with sending Directv through the house, but we're going to use cable. I don't know if their controller is built in so if they take it with them, do we still need one? Thanks!

Thanks for all the feedback! The contract did state that all built in speakers would stay, but we just got the list of electronics for sale that included the ceiling speakers. I don't know if the owners aren't aware of the contract or if they didn't realize the ceiling speakers were on the list...
