I noticed that the installers that did my pre wiring used a single run of Cat 5 for my center channel speaker which will connect to a wall plate. Is this typical and sufficient? Also, The coax cable they ran is not marked in any way. How can I tell if It's 75 ohm?

I'm learning but perhaps a little to late. I am in the process of building a new house and had my HT/Music Room pre wired. There are 5 coax cables running from where my flat panel HDTV will be mounted to where the receiver,DVD etc... will be located. I'm assuming that three are for component...
