    Bose and the wife.....

This is an easy one: Just get rid of the wife. Seriously, though, maybe you should look into some real nice in-wall speakers. Maybe something like the Energy Veritas inwalls. Jamo and Klipsch also makes some real nice inwalls, too.

    Pinnacle Speakers

We have used many of the Pinnacle products with great luck. We regularly use their inwall and inceiling speakers, as well as their Quantums and their Black Diamond line. I have yet to receive a complaint about their products. Everyone just loves 'em. What's nice about Pinnacle is that have a 7...

I am in the process of putting together a subwoofer system for a bar/ restaurant. I mostly do all custom residential work, so I'm a little new to this arena. Hopefully someone here can lend some advise. I understand that I could contact some manufacturers directly, but I want to hold off on that...

help with placement of ceiling surrounds...

Anytime I install in-ceilings, I try to spread them out within reason to make the soundstage larger. Usually receivers have the ability to compensate by adjusting delay times, spread, etc. A lot of the nicer receivers like the mid-upper Denon's and Yamahas have a calibration mic. for an...

New E250p, somewhat disappointed and need advice.

"Boomy" is not a term that's used on good subwoofers. Perhaps you have the crossover know turned down too far or all the way. Check to see that it's sitting somewhere around 60 Hz or so to start with. You made a step in the right direction, now you just have to tune it a bit.
