Ihave the Panasonic PT47wx49 it's 49 inches RPTV it's HDTV i like it very much it was not expensive, i enjoy watching dvds there on 480p and they look great, i don't have HDTV signal yet, but i think will be great too.

What ever you buy , just don't buy the home theater in a box.

It's ok to start as long your reciver is dolby digital and dts then you're ok. for spekaers well you have to look for them and compare with other and the ones you like most then buy em.

I have a 500 kenwood receiver it's a vr-605 What you think of this, is good enoguht for a small home theater.
