I purchased the HTB-544 going on 2 months ago from Crutchfield's and have been happy with the results for the price.
For newbies like myself or those on a budget, it's one to consider though it's no longer available from Crutchfield's.

A show was aired months ago that had to do with Best Buys extended warranty "push."
If I remember correctly, BB makes more profit from the warranties than on the products they sell and employees are instructed to give you the ole sales pitch.
I haven't had time to give it a real look over yet...
That's funny you mentioned that Kevin. CC wanted to order me one, said 7 to 10 days. I said nevermind but even when I visited a CC in another state, same thing. No HTB-504 - no where. Again, I was told they could order one.
That was why I was glad to hear Crutchfield had the HTB-544's IN STOCK...
That's a nice price though I get real nervous using business's that run small sites like that based out of NYC.
