Russ, I have the 2500, and have it set up for 5.1 using the "surround" posts. The rears are for rear surround speakers to make a 7.1 set up. Have you run YPAO set up on your 2500?

Have you considered a video switcher? JVC has one on the market that will not only switch video, but optical audio as well. It does have a steep price on it, but I think it would do the job, saving up for mine as well.

I read that if there is a "tenant use only" area on the outside of an apartment such as a deck or patio, you can mount the dish there.
Unfortunately, I do not have this luxury.
Can anyone tell me if they have had success with mounting the dish inside, pointing out a window?
