Thanks to all that have replied, I do not have an easy task ahead....I think I'll have to find an ELITE dealer to give the 45TX a listen to. At this point though I am leaning toward the RX-V1 or the new RX-V3300. I would love have the Z1 but I didn't win the lottery last night :) Phil
