Meet the Feebles is a must. What exactly is the deal with this movie's distribution?
And
The Woodman's What's Up, Tiger Lily SE. All of the possible versions in a nice package would be superb. Anchor Bay is the company to put something like this all together. Now maybe if we all beleive...
Here's one that I once caught on the Fox Movie Channel, and fell in love with for its utter strangeness:
Beyond the Valley of the Dolls
In searching the internet, it's come to my attention that this film NEEDS to be released on DVD, and perhaps theatrically. There is a growing underground...
Call me crazy, but I seem to remember a thread from a few months back, when us Friday fans complained to Mr. Blythe about the Parts 5&6 covers, and he said he would try to get the original art for 7&8........
Not criticizing, just asking if this really happened? ;)
$19.99 doesn't sound like Paramount to me! Has Paramount actually made any announcements regarding these discs? I love the Beverly Hills Cop, movies, and can't wait, but I don't wanna get my hopes up, like I've done so many times with the BTTFs. Anyways, if it is true, it sounds like they'll...
I've known about the different versions of Superman I and II for a while. These are two of favorite movies. When I heard Warner was going to release a box set, I figured they'd pull out all the stops, and put all the footage shown in Superman I TV Versions (There were only 3 extra minutes)...
Overall, the Rocky Horror DVD has a fantastic transfer, but there a few shots that stand out as blurry. One shot that is very blurry (and annoying), is after Frankie turns everyone to stone, and Magenta and Riff Raff dance around the statues. That one shot is very blurry, and there are black...
Paramount, please, consider the fans you will make happy if you put this disk out. If you do believe in making money, which I believe you do, putting this disk out will turn every F13 fan in the world back into a fan of Paramount.
It seems to me like Paramounts main interest is making money...
On a few of my DVDs, I've shown friends trailers, which eventually have made them want to see, and in some cases BUY the movie. It's good for sales. Lack of trailers pisses me off.

Well, my hat goes off to Universal for taking their time on the BTTF triology. Doing it once, doing it right. I really want to see those Eric Stoltz scenes, so I could wait forever. In the meantime, commentaries should be recorded, ASAP.

That's a good idea. A release of such a small-name movie as My Bloody Valentine in uncut form won't mean as much as an F13 uncut release. Plus, I really want to see that uncut too. :)
Thanks for replying, Mr. Blythe.

Well, it's not all Martin Blythe's fault (don't shoot the messanger), but please Martin, if you're reading this, give the home video department the message that we want the original cover art, with the widescreen banner at the bottom, colored red.
I, however, doubt these are real.
And, if they...
Well, being a huge horror fan, I'm glad to see 4 flies, F13 7 (uncut), and My Bloody Valentine (uncut) so high. But I wish I would have seen more Eddie Murphy titles. And Elephant Man MUCH higher.
Well, now that the forum is back up, I can put in my two cents. There is indeed quite a lot of demand for these discs, but Paramount Home Video is just turning their back on it. I don't understand why.
"The sales for the regular DVDs weren't too great."
Of course not! They're overpriced...
Of course I'd love to see Halloweens II & III get SE treatment, and the Carpenter movies, we're all forgetting one major series which has been dangling right in front of us this whole time:
Back to the Future.
BTTF was supposed to be one of Universal's first 10 Amblim releases. Years have...
Well, first off, this is my first post here ever :D . Count me in for Beverly Hills Cop and Trading Places, but mainly BHC. Man, those movies kick ass.
