can anyone tell me if these movies will be released again in enhanced widescreen and dd anytime soon?

its the widescreen version and its a sony dvps500d player, and it appears to happen in the same spot several times... and yes ive checked all the connections too

ive just cleaned the disc and viewed the exact chapter with the same effect..

it sort of flickers for a second..could it be an old player or maybe it needs clean , or should i just not worry

So correct me if Ime wrong, my normal setting in the dvd menu is 16*9, but my tv is 4*3 so on dvd movies with both i dont see true 16*9(true meaning 16*9 by 4*3 standards)?
