Thanks for the review. I popped the disc in the other day to have a quick look and was happy that it was as sharp as I remember from the theater. I originally thought I wouldn't like this film after all the mediocre and bad reviews it received, but I ended up loving it.

I swung by a super Walmart this morning, and after ten minutes of trying to find any Blu-rays, stumbled upon a small section near the back of the media area. They had four copies of Bee Movie on the shelf. I went ahead and picked one up and canceled my Amazon order.

This is my favorite Mike Myers film and I will definitely be picking this up.

I'll do the same thing I did with VHS. If a better version comes out, I'll get rid of the old format. If not, I'll hang on to it. I still have a shelf of VHS tapes for movies and special programming that have never come out on DVD. And yes I still watch them.

I'm also in the camp of disliking the remake. I double dipped on the originals on DVD and I have no problem buying them again on Blu-ray. Bring it on Fox!
