Question 2- No one has bumped their head as of yet. I have noticed most taller people go for the front row for some...

My Theater is FINALLY coming together!!! Tell me what you think

Thanks Omar..... The Brand Name of the seating I purchased is Coaster, I'm not for sure if they have loveseats.... but I do know you can purchase them in sets of 2 which would be basically the same. They have enough room to be comfortable that way for sure. Just yell if you need anything else...

My Theater is FINALLY coming together!!! Tell me what you think

The width for per row with the four seats is right at 12ft. Each seat is approximately 34" wide and when extended 6' deep. You could probably do 2 rows of three though, as long as you could push them to one side to leave a large enough walkway on one side and work it around where the steps...

Metal Studs for a Basement Home Theater from a Newbie

In my opinion you can use either. As a cost point I would look at wood studs though. By the time you purchase your screws, Studs, and other pieces necessary to complete the project, i think you could save a lot of money and be just as happy. You can look at my pics in my listing and see how mine...

My Theater is FINALLY coming together!!! Tell me what you think

Thanks Adam for your comments!!! The gutter idea was an idea come up with while trying to figure out how to run the rope lighting. The cost was really minimal to do the whole set up thanks to Home Depot. The 10ft sections of guttering were only $5.00 per (Instead of purchasing Crown Molding @...

    Flash Forward - season 1

Well maybe it's just me.... My son loves the show and I think it's ok, but I wish they would keep it a little more together. Shows that jump from one era to another seem to annoy me at times. It's kinda like the writer can't figure out the next scene without revisiting the past so he just puts...

    24: Season Eight

I am starting to enjoy it more every week. I do see everyone's points though. I am just happy to see the show get back into the exciting 24 we all learned to love. In some ways every season has gotten slow at some point but they always seem to make a twist to keep the viewer interested. That's a...

Well I am not sitting in front of my receiver right now, but it is a Yamaha xv-863 i'm pretty sure that the number. From what I am seeing here I probably can't get both sound in the theater and on the TV Speakers through the HDMI. It looks like you can either get it through the av hookups or...
