I have owned the infocus X1 then the Screenplay 4800 and now I have a PLVZ2. I have seen the 4805 a number of times and continue to be impressed. Having said that I would hate to lose the Sanyos flexibility of the shorter throw lens, the higher resolution and the vertical & horizontal lens shift...
Thanks for the in depth info phil. I will buy it today. Being essentially a 2 channel music listener (separate system for Home Theatre) means I will need to reorganise my life to listen to it under good conditions. I was watching "the last waltz" a week or so ago and still love the band.
Thanx for the info Scott, much appreciated. I agree that the sound is very "down home" but my mobile fidelity vinyl of 12 years ago gave whatever information was on the tape new meaning. Anyway does the DVD have a surround mix?

To anyone out there that can help, are there any opinions on this disc? I own it on CD & LP but would like to know what it is like before purchasing the DVD audio version.

I have a PLVZ2 as well and have just received a DVI D cable that operates at the extremes of the recommended length of the process (7.5 meters). I would be very interested to hear what members like Davey_T and others have found. Currently I am running component progressive scan.
