if your receiver has more than one calibration memory settings than you can calibrate one of them with your speakers set to small for movies and another one with speakers set to large for two channel music.

What John said. Squaring up the projector with the wall is probably the most important thing to get right when mounting and adjusting your projector. Everything else can be dialed in using the projectors adjustments and the mount adjustments.
