What I am actually thinking is, how come one didn't have to get clearance to broadcast the series? How is broadcasting the series different from putting it on DVD? Why does releasing it on DVD require getting copyright clearance, and broadcasting doesn't?
"Dream On" (with Brian Benben) is one of the most underrated sitcoms out there, and certainly my all-time favourite: Does anybody have any info, is this due on DVD anytime soon?
