Thanks for this information. Its very helpful, especially regarding the bit about bi-amping. I was hoping that it could bi-amp the centre speaker (to use my left over amplifier channel).
Hi @Martin Dew . Can you tell us a bit more about it and your setup? What sort of speaker configuration do you have with it?
Does it allow bi-amping of centre channel?
Can you do an Auro-3D speaker configuration and play Dolby Atmos OK or do you need to pick one speaker configuration over...
What is between your HTPC and your speakers? If its a processor, then does it have a phone remote? What software does your HTPC run? If its something like Jriver then you can control the volume via their phone app (depending on how its configured).
Imagine you could walk outside and get into any car ever made and drive it, and the next day it was a different one. That would be amazing! It never needs to be serviced and you don't need to pay for new tires. You don't need to even wash it.
Wow, I can do it with music and movies.
Perhaps...
The one thing I have learnt is that the current state is not static. tomorrow brings change. I think of it as a centre speaker on the z-axis. Its bound to catch on.
How do you see yourself using a dedicated room? Really interested. I only know one person that had one and it was on his 3rd floor. He said that he hasn't been up there for a few years as after a glass of wine he cant be ar$$ed going up the stairs to listen.
