Anyone remember this movie BrainScan (1994)? It was a very entertaining horror/sci-fi movie... Edward Furlong from Terminator 2 is in it and T. Ryder Smith played Trickster, a funny villian character. It had a good soundtrack and original storyline... Any ideas who owns the rights and when/if it will be released on dvd??? Thanks in advance...

Haven't heard anything about this movie comming out on DVD, but I too enjoyed it! It is an original story, and it is fun! I ended up buying it on LD, but the quality is really poor and it is full frame... Jason

I loved this one too and thought it was overlooked. It was refreshingly new and creative compared to all the Freddy and Jason type movies of its time. I have the LD too and I believe it was released by Columbia/TriStar. Bring on the DVD. Randy

Yes, I remember seeing Brainscan several years ago. I would pick up a copy of this movie but only if it is released in its OAR.

It's coming out tuesday and it's anamorphic. It doesn't contain a 5.1 track though which kind of sux considering how high the dvd is.
