This is a continuation of the page located here . I have counted all of the votes within this thread, and compiled a current list of requested television series or mini-series on DVD. I have denoted the number of votes for a given series next to it in the list. If a series has suspicious votes in the other thread, I've added those to the total in parentheses to the right of the "official" total. Please continue voting for television product you would like to see on DVD, but do not vote for items that you requested in the prior thread as they have, of course, been indicated here.

Also, I have seperated out the product that is available either in season-boxed-set format, or serial format into the second post in this thread. If your requested series is in the second post, please patronize the studio that provided it and pick it up!

When requesting series, please list in alphabetical order without comments. Use the format they are posted in here if they are already on this list. If they are not, please move the word "The" to the end of the name.

Good to see Married...With Children and The Critic getting so much love.

Come on, Columbia/Sony! These great shows have a complete catalog and are DYING to be released on DVD in FULL SEASON sets (though "The Critic" will be small Posted Image )

Anyway, here's my list (new additions to master list noted with *):

All In The Family
Adventures of Superman (George Reeves)
Amazing Stories
Batman: The Animated Series
Batman Beyond
Battlestar Galactica
Buck Rogers in the 25th Century
The Critic
G.I. Joe
Hanna-Barbera Action Toons (i.e, "Herculoids") *[new]
Justice League *[new]
King of The Hill
Looney Toons
Married...With Children
Mr. Bean
Ned & Stacy
Night Gallery
Superman: The Animated Series
Tales From The Crypt (full sets)
Tales From The Darkside *[new]
Tex Avery Cartoon Collection *[new]
Tiny Toon Adventures
Young Indiana Jones Chronicles

I didn't list titles that will surely be released on DVD ("Band of Brothers") or shows that have already begun releases or have been announced for future release ("Buffy", "Simpsons", "Transformers", "X-Files").

I would buy COMPLETE collections of all of the titles above (and more) without hesitation.

Good job on compiling the new list. One suggestion could you put a top 5 at the top of the list so we what tv show is in the lead. That would be great. Thanks

Brett, it looks like a title skipped past your eyes in your Top Ten summary. Babylon 5 appears to have 25 votes right now.

John, you may want to consolidate the votes for Doctor Who and Dr. Who (with Doctor Who being the more proper name). We are getting DVDs from this series in Region 1, but it is extremely unlikely that we will see chronological boxset releases (way too many missing episodes in the first seven seasons, the BBC wanting to satisfy fans of all eight Doctors at the same time, etc.).

I can't promise I'll buy all of them (If I did, I'd be out 20,000 dollars), but please give it consideration. Sincerely, John Kilduff ------------------ "Who makes it happen?" Okay - I've updated the original post to reflect voting so far. I've also added a +1 on Justice League for myself, since I'm already excited about this series on Cartoon Network. I can't wait until November!

I haven't included a top ten in the post - at least not yet, as I'm not sure whether or not it contributed to the fiasco of the last thread. Also, after updating, I got kind of lazy. I may add it on my next update.

I want to thank anyone who already has, and anyone who will post corrections to titles I've listed. I've made changes as I see fit. Changing the spelling of Carey for instance. In other instances I did not make a change - there is a series called "Jam", and if the prior voter meant "Jem" unfortunately that's not what they indicated. Tough I guess with 60 years of television to work with.

Also, if anyone knows of a title announced for DVD, please let me know and I'll move it to the second post.

There was a question on "Karaoke" - according to the prior thread - is a Dennis Hopper series produced by Channel 4 (UK). I've added Your Big Break alternatively.

Keep it up, and make any request you wish.

Rationality is not a commodity which is evenly distributed.

Thank you Sci-Fi channel for Season 6 of Stargate SG-1

I would like to note that All in the Family, The Cosby Show, and Hogan's Heroes are now available on DVD from Columbia House.

Petition to release The Mary Tyler Moore Show on DVD

Enough is enough, Disney. No more evasions or excuses. We DEMAND the release Song of the South on Blu-ray along with the uncut version of Bedknobs and Broomsticks on Blu-ray. I am going to boycott The Walt Disney Company until then. And while you're at it, PLEASE stop dropping DVD/laserdisc extras from Blu-ray releases of other films.

I would add in Coupling and British Men Behaiving Badly (as it is known in the US).

I would also mention (if you are being really picky) that you have H & R Puff n'Stuff listed twice....once under the correct spelling & once under HR puffinstuff. You also seem to have Mr & Mrs Smith listed twice; bot times spelt the same.
