Armed with his new abilities and a dark, twisted sense of humor, Deadpool hunts down the man who nearly destroyed his life.Part of Fox's X-Men movie universe, DEADPOOL hits theaters this February.
The character was kinda butchered in their X-Men Origins: Wolverine movie. But with the new timeline established in Days of Future Past they are having another go at the character. Ryan Renolds returns to the role.
I haven't really read anything with him, but I'm familiar with the character. This should definitely be quite the different spin on the comic book super hero movie as the character regularly breaks the fourth wall, and it is set be be a "hard R".
The trailer should drop tomorrow (well, later today), but they have put out their "trailer for a trailer", and have had a bit of fun with it.
