Denon avr-5600 problems (1 Viewer)

Hello I have a older denon avr-5600 and I was moving a box near my speakers and it pulled a wire and shorted out the speaker terminal to the amp made a big pop and my amp went into protection unplugged it and plugged it back in everything seemed fine but when ever I shut the amp off it removes all user saved data and this is starting to become a pain does anyone know how to fix this problem or atleast how to do a factory reset to see if that does it

Oh and also when you turn it on after it its been shut off it goes straight to the tuner screen
