Pioneer vsx-522 no sound in MCACC mode (1 Viewer)

Hello everyone, new to the site and not very good with troubleshooting issues myself... I have owned the pioneer vsx-522 for about a year and never had any issues until recently... I can get sound out of the front speakers when I am in pure direct mode, but I am no longer getting surround sound(or sound period for that matter) in MCACC mode... I am not sure my issue or why I would get sound in pure direct... again everything was fine for about a year and suddenly poof... my speakers are fine as hooked them up to another receiver and they work in pure direct... Any help would be great... I have attempted the factory reset option for the record...
