Is there a way to invite someone back into Family Sharing, if they've quit it?

I had originally downloaded the Amazon app (years ago). Now with Family Sharing active in iOS8, Amazon's app doesn't support Family Sharing (that's a WTF for another time), which prevented my wife from using or updating that app. And because of how Family Sharing takes over your app store, she couldn't delete it or update it at all -- any attempt to download registered it as trying to access my purchase which isn't allowed by that app.

In frustration, she turned off the Family Sharing. (Which unfortunately didn't solve the problem either.) But now I can't re-invite her, via "Add Family Member", back. Using the feature on my iPhone, when I enter her name and tap the "Send" button, it spins for a second, and then nothing. (So now I've lost access to apps she had purchased.)

Maybe it's an iOS 8 bug and will get fixed in the near future? Anyone dealt with this and found a way to get back in the 'family' after previously leaving?

Two hours later, with a transfer to a Senior iOS Specialist, the solution was "Reset All Settings" on my phone.
