My memory could be wrong but I thought Stacey Nelkin's screen test was on the Blu-ray.

I'll check tonight.

The linked Wiki article says this:

Nelkin's screen test appears on Disc 4 of the collector's edition DVD set.

On a semi-related note, I happened to watch the original Star Trek episode "What Are Little Girls Made Of?" last night. Written by Robert Bloch, it covers some of the same themes as Blade Runner.

“We believe that Hampton Fancher and Michael Green have crafted with Ridley Scott an extraordinary sequel to one of the greatest films of all time,” said Alcon Entertainment bigwigs Andrew Kosove and Broderick Johnson, according to Variety. “We would be honored, and we are hopeful, that Harrison will be part of our project.”
