A few months ago I read that these films were coming out in bluray in 2009. Still no word on these releases. I hope Fox starts to release some of their TODD-AO films soon.

I been wondering about this also.  I hope someone know, however I am afraid that Fox has just given up on any catalog titles in Blu-ray or S-DVD.  After the release of SOUTH PACIFIC, I had hoped a release in Blu-ray of THE SOUND OF MUSIC, THE KING AND I, and OKLAHOMA! would not be too far behind.  I would also love to see CLEOPATRA, DOCTOR DOLITTLE, HELLO DOLLY, THE POSEIDON ADVENTURE and of course, THE ROCKY HORROR PICTURE SHOW.

I am still waiting on How to Marry a Millionaire also.

Stop the Replacing of original Studio Opening / Closing logos! They are part of film history.

What happened to Agony and Ecstasy...?

Someone dared dicker with their pontiff.

There's Jessie the yodeling cowgirl. Bullseye, he's Woody's horse. Pete the old prospector. And, Woody, the man himself.Of course, it's time for Woody's RoundUp. He's the very best! He's the rootinest, tootinest cowboy in the wild, wild west!

It sure would if they reverse that knuckleheaded decision to bathe the entire image in a sepia bath thus ruining the color timing.

According to the Cast Album Recording List, Max Preeo states that SOUND OF MUSIC will arrive on Blu-Ray just in time for Christmas.
