Damn, I wish they would let Canadians on the show. I'd love to give it a shot.

Even though I am American, I have no desire to ever be on the show. I don't think I would have what it takes to be the ultimate survivor. I'm willing to bet I would be voted out on the first day. Posted Image

I have no clue how far I'd make it though, but it sure would be fun to give it a shot. Hell, even if I was voted out first, I'd get a 3-day, all expenses paid wildlife trip, not too shabby.

Actually, you would get alot more than 3 days.
All evictees are kept out of the US for the entire 39 days.
If any of the contestants were to return home 'early', it would be obvious to all who gets evicted and who makes it to the end.
I remember the 1st evictee from Survivor 2 (Deb), telling reporters that CBS paid for her month-long vacation in Australia, New Zealand and even China. She couldn't return to the US intil the full 39 days were over.

I still contend that all of the great strides Survivor made in debunking stereotypes ... were wiped out by Big Tom.
This statement is correct when you substitute the name Brandon for Big Tom. How can anyone say that Kim was right to pick Ethan instead of Lex. With hindsight being 20/20, Kim got smoked by Ethan (5 votes to 2). At least she may have had a fighter's chance against Lex.

I'm willing to bet he's got a guest spot on Will & Grace in his future.

I saw the CBS morning show today, and they were talking about endorsements & acting offers. Brandon said the only thing he'd been offered was Gay Porn.

Me too, but I'm not an American citizen so I'm not eligible. Why do they have the citizenship rule anyway?
Because they need to arrage for passports, visas, diplomatic protections, and all that stuff. Easier to do it with one government than with two or three.

On the CBS morning show they discussed this very thing. Lex still would have won 5-2. With Kelly and Kim P voting for Kim J.

Though the CBS execs may has asked Ethan to start growing back his beard 39 days before this past Thursday, they didn't tell him NOT to lift weights. I just reviewed the final segment where they announced the winner, and Ethan now has some pretty big arms nowadays.

I just started a thread in the Studio and Manufacturer Feedback area to bring full seasons of Survivor to DVD. Help show Paramount that we're interested!
